Sustainable fish in Mallorca

Mallorca’s Restaurants are amongst the most sustainable when it comes to fish, according to the restaurant guide for people who want to eat fish – Sustainably – Fish2 Fork.

Two Mallorca Restaurants have been voted the most sustainable in Spain by Fish2Fork. Pepe Pintos Cocinero in Palma and Ca Na Toneta in Caimari.  They have been voted as the restaurants with the most sustainable fish on the menu, as well as for the information provided to customers on the menu and within the restaurant as to how and where the fish they serve has been caught.

Fish2Fork is a guide edited by the author of the shocking documentary book and film The End of the Line, which portrays the devastating situation faced by our marine world. Blue fin tuna is just one of the fish species in danger of extinction because of mass fishing techniques and Fish2Fork aims to promote restaurants which serve fish from sustainable sources.
