St Regis Mardavall Mallorca and its gourmet restaurant Es Fum, organises regular wine and dine events, always together with local Mallorcan wineries, combining the wines with some of Thomas Kahl’s excellent cuisine.
The next one of these is coming up very soon, on the 13th of July and the menu will be accompanied with wines by Miquel Gelabert, one of Mallorca’s best known bodegas.
