A new newspaper is born, the Cappuccino News which will appear four times a year in three languages (Spanish, English and German) and will be available for free in all the Cappuccino Café establishments in Mallorca.

After working many years on the Spanish peninsula and traveling throughout Europe to set up restaurants for a major hotel chain, chef Juan Diego Craywinckel has returned to the island to take up the helm at Splendor Restaurant in the Port Adriano Hotel. He claims that the most important thing in any kitchen is to use only the best raw materials. At Splendor, Juan Diego creates international dishes with various Mallorcan surprises. The turbot with sobrasada sausage and honey reduction is delicious!
