The weekend of the 8th to the 10th of April is one such weekend. Here is our Foodie Schedule for you:

Friday 8th of April: go along to the Calvia Food Festival. On this particular day Mood Beach Restaurant in Costa Den Blanes and Real de Vellon Restaurant in Bendinat are offering special menus at great value for money. From 19.30 to 23.00.

Saturday 9th of April: Drive up to Alcudia for the VI Cuttlefish Fair. This takes place in the Port of Alcudia alongside a Nautical Fair. November Fairs in Mallorca

There is always a great deal of gastronomic events going on in Mallorca, and November is no exception. In fact, it is probably one of the busiest months as far as markets are concerned.

We have already had the famous Dijous Bo in Inca, and the Olive Fair in Caimari, and the Honey Fair in Llubi, and coming up soon is the Mushroom Fair which takes place in Mancor del Vall (28th of November this year). The mushroom fair is really held in honour of the Esclatasang mushroom, a local Balearic variety, and you will also find a lot of mushroom themed menus at Mallorca Restaurants this time of year.

Also still to look forward to this month is the Rice Fair being held in Sa Pobla. This fair is being held in honour of Rice Production in Mallorca and features special deals and menus featuring delicious rice dishes in the village.
