Flor de Sal Restaurant in Camp de Mar, Mallorca has just launched a new tapas menu. The restaurant which has already become well known for its fusion cuisine featuring ingredients such as seaweed is now offering original tapas dishes at lunch and dinner.
The Tapas menu features dishes such as Canarian wrinkly potatoes with red and green Mojo; Spanish omelette with onion and parsley ; King prawns and Sea Spaghetti with sweet sour sauce; Iberico pork terrine with pumpkin, ginger and pineapple chutney; Octopus with humus, red mojo and Mediterranean Flor de Sal; amongst many others.
