Es Moli den Bou Restaurant in Sa Coma is home to the first native Mallorcan Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star, Tomeu Caldentey.
Tomeu Caldentey and his team always prepare a series of top quality course and wine tasting for those of you who would like to learn a little more about the world of food and wine. The restaurant is closed for holidays in January so this year’s series of classes start in February and include a course about truffles, and a course about chocolate desserts which is sure to attract a lot of interest.
